Porsche worried the 911's higher price would cost it sales, so in 1963 it decided on a four-cylinder entry model based on the 911. Like the 911, first known as the 901, the 912 began with an internal number, 902, that was never used publicly. Its 1.6-liter flat-four came from the 356. This one is a 1966 912, very original, in Light Ivory over a rare beige interior, with a manual gearbox. It has a wonderful patina, runs fantastic and has a ton of character.
