The 1971 Mustang was a drastic redesign, introduced in September 1970. Ford had already designed the smaller Mustang II for 1974, so the 1971 to 1973 cars closed out the first generation. The one we have is a fully restored 1972 Mustang convertible with Mach 1-style styling, a power top and a manual gearbox. A custom stereo is hidden from view.
