For 1969 Chevrolet retired the Chevy II name and kept Nova. The 1972 Nova received only minor trim changes. You're looking at a 1972 Nova in Tuxedo Black, swapped to an LS with a big cam. The exhaust is very loud, over 120 dB. All four wheels match the front centerlines.
