The Opel GT's hidden headlamps are worked by hand, with a large lever on the center console next to the shifter. Rather than popping up, they rotate into view. The one we have is a 1972 GT in Signal Orange, fully restored between 2021 and 2023 by a marque expert. It has a five-speed manual and air conditioning, with black and white pepita wool seat inserts in the style of the Porsche 911/912. A removable ski and luggage rack and vintage blue and yellow California plates complete it.
