For 1964 the Lincoln Continental got its first mid-cycle redesign, with the wheelbase stretched from 123 to 126 inches to give rear passengers more room. Flat side glass replaced the curved windows, and a full-width instrument panel arrived. A vertically adjustable steering column was an option for 1964 and 1965. This car is a 1965 Continental four-door convertible with rear-hinged rear doors, set up with hydraulics and an automatic gearbox.
