The Riviera was introduced on October 4, 1962, as a 1963 model, with a bodyshell unique to Buick and a Coke bottle shape. For 1964 it gained a raised stylized R hood emblem, and R emblems replaced the Buick crests in the taillights. The one we have is a 1964 Riviera coupe in candy orange over a cream and orange interior, lowered and bagged, with an automatic gearbox.
