The Vespa 400 is a rear-engined microcar built in France from 1957 to 1961 to Piaggio's designs. The front grille is a dummy hiding the battery on a slide-out shelf, and the fabric roof rolls all the way back to the engine cover. This 1957 car is blue over brown.
