The Willys MB and Ford GPW were built to one standardized design for the US and Allied forces in World War II, built from 1941 to 1945. Ford retooled to build Willys engines and produced its first GPW on 2 January 1942. Power comes from the 134 cubic-inch Go Devil four, through a three-speed with a two-range transfer case. Ours is an all-original 1942 Ford GPW, completely restored.
