The S2000 arrived in 1999 as the AP1, with its engine mounted entirely behind the front axle. The 2.0-liter F20C DOHC VTEC four drives through a six-speed manual and a Torsen limited-slip differential. It has double wishbone suspension and built-in roll hoops. For 2001 Honda made the rear wind blocker standard and offered an aluminum hardtop. The one we have is a 2001 S2000 in Silverstone Metallic, with a manual gearbox. It has an intake, an exhaust, a Braum racing seat and full suspension work, built toward a track car.
