The Brougham was sold as the Fleetwood Brougham from 1977 to 1986, then as the Cadillac Brougham through 1992. Its 1990 facelift was the only one since the 1980 restyle, prompted by Lincoln's redesigned Town Car. The rear-drive D-body Fleetwood replaced it for 1993. You're looking at a 1990 Brougham custom lowrider on hydraulic suspension, with airbrushed artwork over Light Antelope Firemist.
