The fourth-generation Monte Carlo ran from 1981 to 1988. In 1982 GM renamed its rear-drive A-body platform the G-body, as the new front-drive A-body cars arrived. Few changes came for 1982, though a 4.3-liter V6 and an Oldsmobile 350 V8 joined the lineup. Here we have a 1982 Monte Carlo lowrider in Bright Blue Metallic, on hydraulics with custom paint, with an automatic gearbox.
