The first-generation Challenger rode on Chrysler's E platform, sharing major parts with the Plymouth Barracuda. The 1973 and 1974 cars added the mandatory 5 mph bumpers. For 1974 the 340 V8 gave way to a 360. Production ended in late April 1974, midway through the model year. Here we have a 1974 Challenger in flat black over a black interior.
