The 1969 Camaro kept the 1968 drivetrain but wore all-new sheet metal apart from the hood, trunk lid and roof. Its grille took a sharper V with deeply inset headlights, a look used only for 1969. The Z/28 package was created so the Camaro could compete in the SCCA Trans-Am series. Ours is a 1969 Camaro Z/28 coupe with a manual gearbox, wearing period-correct license plates.
