De Ville was Cadillac's mainstream line, and the name comes from the French de ville, of the town. The 1967 De Villes were extensively restyled. New Cadillac features that year included a slide-out fuse box and a safety lock for the front seatback on two-door models. This particular example is a 1967 De Ville convertible, with an automatic gearbox.
