Volkswagen added a convertible to the Karmann Ghia line in August 1957. The Type 14 paired Beetle floorpans and mechanicals with Italian styling, and its body panels were butt-welded, hand-shaped and smoothed. This car is a 1965 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia convertible in light blue, lowered, with a manual gearbox.
