The 1965 Galaxie was an all-new design, with vertically stacked dual headlights and a taller, bulkier body. A new three-link coil-spring rear suspension replaced the leaf springs. It also introduced a two-key system for valet parking, one key for the doors and ignition and one for the trunk and glovebox. Ours is a 1965 Galaxie 500 coupe in Caspian Blue over custom grey upholstery with silver-blue accents, with an automatic gearbox. It runs a race-built, performance-tuned V8 with custom power steering and power brakes. Lowered on period-style polished alloys, it is a pristine show car and street legal.
