BMW kept the bubble window styling of the Italian Isetta, but fitted its headlamps separately to the sides of the body. The whole front hinges outward for entry, and fresh air came through the front triangle windows and the fabric sunroof. The Isetta 300 makes 13 PS. In October 1956 a sliding-window version arrived, replacing the bubble windows. The one we have is a 1957 BMW Isetta 300 bubble-window convertible in red over a red interior, with a manual gearbox.
