The Viper was first shown in 1989 at the North American International Auto Show as a modern interpretation of the AC Cobra, and production began in 1991. Two pre-production cars paced the 1991 Indianapolis 500. It is a front-mid-engine, rear-drive two-seater. This particular example is a Dodge Viper RT/10 roadster in red, with a manual gearbox.
