The VA WRX STI, built by Subaru Tecnica International from 2014 to 2021, used the EJ257 four and an uprated six-speed manual. It carried a red-accented interior and STI gauges. From 2018 it gained a fully electronic driver-controlled center differential, 19-inch wheels and Brembo brakes. Subaru retired the STI and the EJ257, the last EJ engine, in 2021. Ours is a 2021 WRX STI sedan in white over red and black, with the manual gearbox.
