2014 was the final year of the S197 Mustang, built for the 2005 to 2014 model years. The 2013 and 2014 GT got blacked-out taillights, a front fascia styled like the Shelby GT500's and LED fog lights in the grille. Functional heat extractors sit on the sides of the hood. The 5.0-liter V8 makes 420 horsepower. You're looking at a 2014 Mustang GT in black over a black interior.
