2003 brought the Town Car a completely redesigned frame, hydroformed and fully boxed and nearly 25 percent stiffer, along with speed-sensitive rack-and-pinion steering and dual exhaust as standard, lifting the 4.6-liter V8 to 239 horsepower. It stayed a rear-wheel-drive, body-on-frame American sedan. This 2003 Executive is stock apart from CarPlay and upgraded speakers, with power seats and tinted windows.
