The E38 was the third-generation 7 Series, built from 1994 until 2001. For 2001 it gained body-colored side skirts and bumper fascias, clear turn signal lenses and a standard Motorola phone with BMW Assist. The last E38 left the line on 27 July 2001. This example is a 2001 740iL sedan, with an automatic gearbox.
