Humvee ambulances carry four litter patients or eight walking patients. Ambulance versions are expected to stay in active service, because the JLTV that replaces the Humvee could not be adapted as an ambulance due to weight. You're looking at a 2001 AM General Humvee M997 ambulance in woodland camouflage, with an automatic gearbox.
