The first-generation 986 Boxster drew on the 356 Cabriolet, Speedster and 550 Spyder for its design. It helped bring about a commercial turnaround for Porsche. Early cars from 1997 to 1999 use a 2.5-liter flat-six mounted in the middle. This one is a 1999 Boxster in red over a tan interior, with a Tiptronic automatic.
