The Mondial was Ferrari's mid-engine V8 2+2, built from 1980 to 1993 with Pininfarina styling and Scaglietti bodywork. It was meant as a more luxurious choice than the 308, with a higher roofline and a longer wheelbase. The final Mondial t of 1988 to 1993 turned its 3.4-liter V8 ninety degrees to sit lengthwise, with dry-sump lubrication. Ferrari built 1,017 Mondial t cabriolets.
