The Series III is the most common Series Land Rover, built from 1971 to 1985. A plastic grille replaced the traditional metal one, and the headlights sat in the wings. It was the first Land Rover with synchromesh on all four gears. A molded plastic dash moved the instruments in front of the driver. This car is a 1975 Series III in Marine Blue.
