The Karmann Ghia combined the Beetle's floorpan and mechanicals with Italian styling by Carrozzeria Ghia. For 1973, US cars received energy-absorbing bumpers required by federal safety rules. German production of the Type 14 ended in 1974. The one we have is a 1973 Karmann Ghia coupe in Marina Blue.
