The F-series 911s, built from August 1972 to July 1973, moved the oil tank back to its original spot behind the wheel. From the 1972 E series, the engine grew to 2,341 cc. The Targa name came from the Targa Florio road race. Ours is a 1973 Porsche 911 coupe in gold bronze.
