The W108 and W109 were built from 1965 through 1972, succeeding the W111 and W112 fintail sedans. They were four-door only, styled under Paul Bracq with a stronger emphasis on function. W108 models used steel coil springs with a hydropneumatic compensating spring at the rear. Here we have a 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280SE sedan in grey, lowered and bagged.
