The fifth-generation F-Series ran for the 1967 to 1972 model years. In 1968 Ford added marker lights to the rear bedsides and the front sides of the hood to meet federal safety standards. From 1953 to 1983 the F-100 was the entry-level half-ton pickup. Ours is a 1968 F-100 in Lunar Green, lifted, with a manual gearbox.
