The first Mustangs went on sale four months before the usual 1965 production year, so enthusiasts call them 1964½ cars. Even so, every one carried a 1965 VIN and was marketed as a 1965 model. Early 1965 Mustangs came standard with front lap belts, a glove box light and a padded dashboard. You're looking at a 1965 coupe in Caspian Blue, with an automatic gearbox.
