For 1958, GM's 50th year, Chevrolet introduced the Impala as the top-line Bel Air hardtop and convertible. It rode a longer wheelbase than lower-priced Chevrolets, with a shorter greenhouse and longer rear deck. Symmetrical triple taillights set it apart. The one we have is a 1958 Impala coupe.
