Porsche introduced the 356 Speedster in late 1954 as a lower-cost, somewhat spartan open-top car for the American market. Speedster production peaked at 1,171 cars in 1957. This particular example is a replica built in the style of the 1957 356 Speedster, with a manual gearbox.
